Triple Tap

i’m back after so long.
how to say, im not good at maintaining things, really.
passion, enthusiasm, they all eventually wear away.
this isnt good right. i must try to change this.

went to watch ‘Triple Tap’ yesterday night.
Louis Koo and Danial Wu was definitely a big part of my wanting to watch it.
as usual, louis koo acted his best as a calm man who was actually hiding a dark secret.

at the beginning, you can see louis koo arriving at a crime scene of a car burglary.
since he had just come from a gun competition, he still had his gun & bullets with him.
when the burglars are going to kill the traffic police that had come to help,
this is when louis koo makes his move. he quickly kills all the burglars and calls th police,
only to be prosecuted by police that were coming to catch the burglars.

this is when you realise that the police officer in charge of louis koo’s case is his rival in the gun competition,
which is danial wu, and as he investigates, danial wu fails to find any evidence to charge louiskoo though he suspects him.

there’s a twist to the whole plot of the show as throughout the first half of the show,
you will support louis koo and think that he’s a good person,
however the development will make you realise that things are not what they seem on the surface.

however , i do think th ending was pretty anticlimax though.
to have them engage in this death match and in the end realising that danial wu was wearing bulletproof vest,
is it really such a necessity to create a so-called good ending where the good guy always survives and the bad guy always dies?

in real life, this is not what happens.
many a times, the bad guy would survive and the good guy would just stay quiet,
unable to do anything then let the bad guy win.

i wonder.

Tiring

Filed under: Life — snowingstar @ 7:03 pm

Recently it’s been tiring, so tiring.
Projects to juggle, along with friendship and family problems.
Friendship problems.
What is wrong with people?
Why cant people just accept that you tend to have a better relationship with a person?
Must they destroy everything?
Destroy you?
I’m sick of betrayers, backstabbers.
I face them everyday, every time.
Even with friends that are supposedly good kids,
still there exists people who jealous easily.
Friends should not be like that, how can your jealousy push you to such acts?

Still, there are worst.
How can i influence people that easily?
I’ve never mattered to anybody,
how could I have influenced her?
It’s all my fault, I hope she goes back the way she was.
I wish time could turn back, I’ll have distanced myself from her if I’ve known this would happen.
Even her            wants me to distance from her, how can I be such a failure at life, at relationship?

Family problems.
Everybody have them.
But why, I’m already trying to change.
Cant you see that?
Don’t you realise that?

Only now i know, u just want me to be a puppet.

I’m tired, sick of this life.

Money not enough 2

Filed under: Money not enough 2 — Tags: — snowingstar @ 1:46 am

Today went to watch Money not enough 2.
Thought it would be a lousy show, with what my uncle told me.
Surprisingly, it was good.
Very touching.
I cried at the part where the the son Ah Hui, took his mother to the Old Folks’ home.
His mother asked the assistant, “Where is this? Is this an Old Folks’ home?”
then the assistant repiled, “No, of course not! It’s a place for old people to enjoy themselves.”
She looked at all the old people there, so unhappy and sad expressions on their faces.
She then turned back in time to see the gate shutting her in,
and her son Ah Hui running away.
The next part is really sad, i cant control my tears.
His mother shouted, ” AH HUI! 不要把我丢在这里!” with a very tortured and sad tone and expression.
It is so sad.
Why do people neglect their parents when they get old?
They put them in Old Folks’ home when their parents start to have problems like
they are unable to control their system, senile problems and so on.
Don’t they remember that this old woman, with all her heath problems, is your MOTHER?
Don’t they remember that this old woman that u now detest so much, has loved and cared for you since you were born?
When you are sad, she will console you.
When you are hungry, she will cook for you.
When you are happy, she rejoices for you.
When you are back home late, she will be waiting for you to ensure your safety.
When you were young, she took you to school.
She washed your clothes, your plates and all your things.
She took care of you.
SHE LOVED YOU.
How can you repay her by shouting at her?
Scolding her? Ignoring her?
Putting her into an old folks’ home!
How can you do this to your own mother?
Its sad how people don’t cherish anything but money nowadays.
